• About:

  Livia Fiset is known for her strong leadership and artistic direction within the interior design and film industry. She studied interior design and theater design but also received a McGill music scholarship among other awards and honorary mentions from various academic institutions. Livia's artistic background began in the performing arts at a very young age where she participated in numerous musical shows. As a trained vocalist and musician Livia was able to utilize her musical skills and directed musical theater for several years in the Montreal area. Livia began her career at John Abbott College in the performing arts program but felt more at ease in the theater design sector of the college. While pursuing her studies Livia found work as a director, set designer and lighting/sound designer but preferred the sustainability of interior design. Upon leaving John Abbott, she enrolled at the International Academy of Design and Technology in interior design and followed up with studies in design and marketing at Concordia University. Livia's strong academic base provides her with the experience in which to lead her design projects and communicate effectively and efficiently to her team while respecting deadlines. Livia's designs are a fusion on traditional and contemporary that reflect her time spent in the theater and plans on always pushing the boundary of design trends.Today, Livia works primarily in the interior design sector offering turn key residential and commercial design services through her design studio In House Design. In 2010, Livia began Mass Motion Design studio in order to offer 3D renderings and animation that complements her In House services. In addition, Livia enjoys the challenge of new creative projects and has collaborated on several future projects as a producer that will come out in 2010.
